PHARMACY TECHNICIAN I - PART TIME
Hours: This position is scheduled 20-24 hours per week and consists of rotating shifts, weekends included.
As a Pharmacy Technician I with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, you will be a respected team member working within a professional office environment under the supervision of our Operations Managers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide professional telephone assistance to our various contracted healthcare clients as a representative of our TELEpharmacy Team. From this centralized, professional office setting in Naperville, you will assist nursing and medical staff, as well as patients in a friendly, helpful and professional manner, all while establishing and fostering positive relationships. For circumstances that require additional resolution, you will prioritize and route those calls for triage.
• The ability to become Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of IL
• The ability to obtain PTCB certification within 1 year of employment
• A demonstrated “customer first” attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Experience prioritizing, problem solving and multitasking work load with ease
• Professional, polished and positive written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships via telephone
