Description

The Sr. UX/UI Designer will produce visual design mockups, prototypes, user interface specifications, and final graphics for websites, emails, and landing pages based on research, user behavior and human-centered design. The Sr. UX/UI Designer will partner with the Product Management and Brand teams to ensure that all requirements are met during the design phase. In addition to creating the best user experience, the Sr. UX/UI Designer will have a deep understanding of how and why accessibility is imperative to successful ecommerce website and will work on enterprise-wide projects.  

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts stakeholder meetings with our 4 retail brands and Executive Leadership
  • Partners with Product Management team to convert business requirements into the creation of functional designs that complement the Digital requirements for development
  • Defines dependencies, assumptions, risks, and constraints
  • Partners with Brand and Digital Commerce team to Create/follow and maintain Design Systems across 4 retail brands
    • Ensure usability best practices are met
    • Ensure accessibility requirements are followed
  • Understand technical limitations and provide creative/alternative solutions while maintaining the best user experience
  • Create Wireframes & High-Fidelity Prototypes using Figma
  • Collaborate with:
    • Product Management & Brand teams to define functional requirements and use cases
    • QA Analyst and Brand teams to validate and test designs
    • Brand Design teams to ensure consistent visual design language
  • Understand and distill user and brand feedback
  • Execute and implement A/B testing to validate design decisions

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in UX design or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or UX certification
  • Wireframe, design, and prototype software expertise
  • Understanding of Web Accessibility and WCAG and ADA Compliance
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to lead and innovate across internal and brand teams at multiple levels
  • Strong understanding of A/B tests, analytics and target measurement as it relates to UX design changes
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver results on planned and unplanned projects
  • Experience with Figma, Axure or similar prototyping software and ability to train business users
  • Experience with A/B Testing Platforms
