A Day in the life
- Partners with internal customers and service providers to arrange and execute shipments with special/one-off requirements
- Maintains and communicates service providers' metrics with supply chain leadership
- Supports manager with establishing KPIs and reviews performance with service providers and supply chain leadership.
- Monitors and reports on multi-facilities and multiregional logistics operations.
- Monitors and proactively communicates on residential delivery network and operational challenges impacting service.
- Partners with service providers to improve overall service levels to the customer.
What You Bring
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communicator and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, transportation, supply chain, analytics, or business management
- 2 Years' Experience in Furniture Logistics or Residential Delivery
