All Cooks are Responsible for:
Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols. Preparation of food in accordance with sanitary regulations and departmental policies and procedures. Assurance that food is prepared in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders and for proper portioning. Appropriate use of unused production Development, in coordination with the Chef / Production Manager, of new menu items and recipes. Notification to Chef / Production Manager of inventory requirements in a timely fashion. Assurance that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
Able to work weekends/Flex schedule
Previous Cook experience required
Knowledge of food handling protocols/sanitation
