The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to 3-4 attorneys and paralegals in the labor and employment segment of the Legal Department.
General duties include answering and log incoming calls, greeting visitors; processing incoming mail; scheduling and maintaining appointment calendars meetings, and conference calls; booking travel arrangements and processing expense reports; independently preparing robust PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets; providing back-up support for other team members in the legal department, as needed.
Other duties include opening new matters in an electronic billing system; timely and accurately triaging and assigning legal matters to internal stakeholders and legal counsel; assisting with case management throughout the life of the case; independently preparing, maintaining and transmitting litigation hold notices; gathering paper and electronic records; creating reports; and performing other administrative duties as requested.
The successful candidate will be required to work from the Company's offices and may be permitted to work a hybrid, work-from-home schedule from time-to-time when deemed appropriate.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

5+ years of experience working in an office environment
2+ years of administrative assistant experience managing calendars for multiple individuals in Senior Director or VP levels and above
1+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience with labor and employment and/or litigation legal practice
Experience with electronic ebilling system
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to handle a busy workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong work ethic
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with outside counsel
Ability to handle and prioritize work among multiple simultaneous projects
Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred
