As a Medical Economics Analyst you will support local market network teams on implementation and administration of Capitation agreements. The Medical Economics Analyst is essential for ensuring proactive tracking and facilitating of meeting Capitation agreements. The Medical Economics Analyst position is responsible for working with data manipulation and reporting as needed to support requirements to support these deals.
As part of the Medical Economics Team, you will the markets, working collaboratively with negotiators and Network managers to ensure we meet our contractual commitments, administer Capitation payments and assist in pre-deal creation of rate tables. You will participate in enhancement projects and process improvements. The larger Medical Economics Team is accountable for analysis of medical costs across lines of business, supporting data for the right pricing and to develop Medical cost savings initiatives. We partner with a wide range of business units across the enterprise including other Medical Economics areas and Contract Negotiators.
Experience with financial analysis

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Exposure to SAS or other web-query based programs
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
Bachelors degree preferred
