Job Description
As a member of the Financial Statement Development and Operations team, the Program Manager role will have the responsibility of ensuring integrity of the Aeppays application, Aetna's Product and Payment system as well as driving and supporting future growth to the application. This role will report into the Director of Financial Statement Development and Operations. We are looking for a results oriented with the ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver and keep others on task to meet defined goals.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support of the Aeppays application by oversight of the balancing and reconciliation processes including ensuring SOC1 and SOX adherence.
- Work directly with internal and external audit teams to develop necessary workflows and standards as the application supports new growth
- Ensure adherence to all WCAG regulations as new products are added
- Build and implement strategic business plans
- Build financial case and obtain financial backing for strategic programs, responsible for all aspects of project/program budget

Required Qualifications
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- Experience with claim and payment applications
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience with financial claim application and balancing/reconciliation.
- Experience with SOX/SOC1 requirements and internal/external audit collaboration and communication.
- Proven track record with meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

COVID Requirements

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience with financial claim application and balancing/reconciliation.
- Experience with SOX/SOC1 requirements and internal/external audit collaboration and communication.
- Proven track record with meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
- Experience with Aetna's claim and payment applications such as ACAS, HRP and Aeppays.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
