We have a new and exciting opportunity working on our CVS Health Accordant Team! Everyone values good health. Accordant's care management programs bring members and their health care providers together to bridge the health care experience.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support our Clinical Operations Department. In this position, you will work through clerical interventions and interact with clients, plan representatives and providers. The objective of the Coordinator position is to minimize the clerical and task-related activities of the Clinical Operations and nursing staff. 

Our Clinical Operations Coordinator supports our nursing staff with administrative work including contacting plan members and sending educational materials. These tasks are to be completed in a timely and efficient manner that will ensure completion of necessary processes related to the member needs. Your primary responsibility will be providing operator coverage by receiving and processing rollover calls or providing coverage of main operator function due to absence of primary receptionist. 

As a Clinical Operations Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Clinical Operations department including: process system generated correspondence, research incorrect/missing demographic information, and create and file documents in the medical record. You will perform system generated tasks efficiently and accurately utilizing word processing software and communicate verbally and electronically with health plans and interacts with members, plan representatives and providers as required. You will process incoming and outgoing faxes as needed and pick up and distribute materials for Clinical Operations staff. In this role you will also document outcomes and actions related to task according to departmental documentation standards.

This role is a full-time, permanent position. The regular shift would include M-F: 12pm to 9pm EST. Additionally, this role would require the minimum of 4-6 weeks of training in the Greensboro, NC office. The ability to work from home is based on personal performance.

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service related role

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and/or Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
