Job Description
Coordinates program communications and processes that impact the external client including routine publications, direct mail campaigns and projects, ordering, stocking and controlling print inventory, and interfacing with Accordant various internal departments and vendors.

Required Qualifications
2+ Project Management and Implementation Experience is preferred.
2+ years of client communications or relevant work experience
2+years of experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Microsoft word

Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing, Communications, Project Management or Operations
- Strong computer skills with experience using database, word processing, desktop publishing, presentation and spreadsheet packages - preferably MS Office.
- Strong writing skills and creative aptitude.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills needed to juggle changing priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pasted environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively but able to handle independent projects as needed.
-Ability to interface with all organizational levels and willingness to accept changing job responsibilities.
-Excellent facilitation skills required.
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups is beneficial.

Education
Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing preferred. Project Management certification preferred.
