As a core member of the Enterprise MarTech team, this individual will both help develop our long-term MarTech & AdTech product vision across all lines of business within CVS Health as well as execute against it, ensuring we translate our longer-term strategic vision into products & solutions that help meaningfully address the core health and wellness needs of our members, customers, and patients.
This is a unique role that will marry business and functional rigor - requiring a person who can take complex problems and apply a structured approach to creating solutions -solving - with an innovator's creativity and “think like the customer” mentality. An eye and passion towards building meaningful products that consumers use and love, as well as towards healthcare are an absolute must. The role will both influence our 3–5-year strategic digital vision as well as bring-to-life a customer-focused product to ensure we consistently keep our customers' needs at the heart of what we do.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Vision
• Brings people, processes, and technologies together to develop best-in-class MarTech and AdTech capabilities across CVS main lines of business
• Be a subject matter expert in media data collection, advertising technology enablement and governance processes and serve as the first line in assisting other business and technology partners
• Serve as the first line in assisting business and technology partners when it comes to the collection & enablement of our media data & pseudonymous consumer data
• Collaborate on data governance around how data is collected across our owned properties to ensure consistency & compliance in the use of said data
• Possess an understanding of current & upcoming privacy legislation & can translate those into technology and/or data requirements for said AdTech products.
• SOLUTION DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
• Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business requirements, policies, and processes; Ability to balance short-term value delivery to the business with long-term efficiency and governance objective
• Identify new tagging needs for media activation and measurement and support brainstorming of new Ad/MarTech uses cases
• Work in conjunction with key business and analytics stakeholders to perform technology, data and process gap analysis and seek to leverage additional opportunities from the data and/or technology
• Possess the ability to collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders including, marketing, analytics, vendors, tech, privacy, security & compliance teams
• Able to translate complex technical problems and solutions to cross-functional teams to better guide decision making and enable a best-in-class media program and personalization at scale
• Design, build and maintain a set of processes and products for monitoring of different data collection configurations and analytical reporting suites
• PRODUCT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Accountable for data collection & activation strategies, implementation, and maintenance, including securing cross-functional alignment on project scope, benefits, cost, and timelines
• Define key project milestones across the development lifecycle across a variety of initiatives and communicate achievements against those milestones to various levels of stakeholders.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with technology product management within AdTech or MarTech
• 5+ years experience working within the digital media landscape, particularly around data & audience enablement with partners such as Google, The TradeDesk, Meta, LiveRamp, etc.
• 4+ years experience working directly within web analytics & tag management systems
• 2+ years developing & deploying durable tacking methodologies such as server to server collection

Preferred Qualifications
• AdTech ecosystem and the nuances between different identity solutions inclusive of major CDP and DMP platforms
• Prior experience working in Data, Analytics, Data Governance, or with Legal Policies and Standards
Have strong mastery of how Adobe's technology and other digital marketing technologies work together to deliver personalization at scale
• Previous experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, real-time CDP or similar technologies that support customer data activation
• Previous experience working with affiliate tracking and tagging
• Healthcare experience specifically digital health and wellness services
• Experience using SQL to analyze data
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products quickly in a high energy, collaborative environment
• Familiar with product management & agile methodologies
• Experience facilitating communication between marketing and technology team
• Eastern or Central time zone preferred

Education
Bachelor's Degree OR 7+ years equivalent experience
