Responsible for setting the strategic direction and the development and operationalization of marketing processes to drive innovative solutions to organization and client objectives. Also accountable for managing the 10 person sales enablement team. Owns and drives the Marketing organizations identification and implementation of program management and work processes. Instills a culture within organization of ongoing process and tool enhancements that drive client satisfaction and efficiency without compromising efficacy. Develops strong relationships at all levels. Ability to uncover the business partners' problems even when not clearly articulated. Links insights to key business decisions. Develops compelling and prescriptive recommendations. Works with business to activate solutions.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Digital, DTC, B2B and related fields
• Experience working with agency/marketing etc
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.
