Job Description
As part of our goal to continue to innovate and provide our customers with all they need on their path to better health, we are growing our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) business to help patients more efficiently manage their chronic conditions. CVS Health is seeking an innovative individual with strategic and critical thinking skills to support this high-visibility growth initiative.

As the DME Business Development Advisor, you will support the growth strategy of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) solutions for health plans in coordination with the DME product team and the Enterprise Healthcare Solutions team. You will work closely with health plans' ancillary contracting network teams and internal product owners to gain DME network contracts and deliver solutions which drive lower overall healthcare costs, improve access and service. Leveraging your healthcare expertise along with your consultative and analytical skills, you will partner with the Enterprise Healthcare Solutions team to target the appropriate markets and plan opportunities for success. This individual will need to be able to navigate complex organizations and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

-Coordinate the development of a strategic sales plan for durable medical equipment (DME) sales to key health plans across the country, contracting directly with plans for DME network arrangements across all lines of business (Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, Medicaid). Calling on Directors of Ancillary Network Contracting, Medical Directors and Chief Medical Officers in collaboration with the Enterprise Healthcare Solutions team.
-Work closely with internal operations to manage contracting process from application to implementation as main point of contact with plans to ensure a smooth implementation process.
-Partner with DME Product Development to co-develop B2B DME solutions to support health plan's goals and objectives which drive revenue growth for CVS Health. These end-to-end B2B solutions will include the development of an implementation process and supportive reporting.
-Gather and analyze market intelligence in creating an effective DME strategy inclusive of pricing/revenue models.
-Identify and model additional target markets including ACO's for offerings in collaboration with internal partners.

Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience Healthcare strategic sales / business development experience with demonstrated success

Preferred Qualifications
-Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience
-Health plan ancillary contracting experience
-Strong verbal, written communication and advanced computer skills for compelling presentations and analysis
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
-Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure project progress and success
-Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
-Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated to ensure timelines are met
-Ability to draw actionable insights from data; strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, SQL knowledge a plus

-Bachelor's Degree
-Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Pharm.D.) and/or experience leading growth initiatives
