Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Robotics & Automation initiative in the finance organization. CVS Health is in the midst of a finance transformation and opportunities to improve processes and have an influence on the direction of the company abound. The Process Innovation Analyst, Senior will automate processes using primarily Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL Server, SAP Cloud Analytics and similar applications.

This role will form part of the finance Innovation Solution Center and be critical in all aspects of the robotics and automation initiatives for Finance. The successful candidate will have some foundational skills in any programming language like .Net or JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, and project management. Prior experience with Automation Anywhere or a similar RPA tool is desirable.

Problematic processes like unsupported reconciliations, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls are all examples of some of the tasks that this role could take on. Ideally this candidate would demonstrate the aptitude to quickly learn new software and businesses processes related to health care and finance.

Required Qualifications
3 or more months of technical work experience

Preferred Qualifications
2 years or more of technical related experience
Project management experience

Education
Bachelor's degree required.
