Title: Implementation Manager
Location - Remote - US

This individual will be able responsible for:
Forging relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively partner with and support all implementation needs of the program. This individual may support the implementation of mergers/acquisitions along with the product implementations sold and supported by our internal sales channel.
Multitask, create and manage workstreams and the implementation plan for new and existing clients, while targeting efforts to maximize program performance to ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage and support new implementation activities for new clients, sales channels and potential mergers and acquisitions in support of CVS Health Kidney Care
Interact with internal departments; Kidney Care, Active Health, Accordant, Analytics, Digital, Finance, etc. as well as external clients to understand the requirements and needs to successfully implement the client to the program.
Implement assigned contracts for Kidney while looking for ways to improve the process as our program continues to grow.
Mitigate client/member risks and internal risks through comprehensive understanding of the program.
5 years experience in the following:
Execution of Mergers & Acquisitions
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications)
Leadership of direct reports experience
Working across large complex opportunities across multiple channels

Experience with implementing value based care clients
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced
Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Regular and predictable attendance
Healthcare experience is a big plus!
Medicare and Medicaid is a big plus!
