Fortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Audit Manager to join our dynamic Direct Assistance team. As the Internal Audit Manager on the Direct Assistance team you will be overseeing staff in the execution of financial statement audits and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations in partnership with the External Auditors. In this role, under the supervision of the Director, you will oversee the annual planning process with the external auditors and business partners. You will be overseeing that the team is able to effectively execute on the agreed upon commitments. This includes resource planning by overseeing the forecasted and actual hours on the project plan and making adjustments where necessary to deliver on project milestones as per established commitments. Identifying and implementing various tools, technologies, and innovation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Leading the development and maintenance of an infrastructure of audit methodologies, tools, and communication protocols. Our ideal candidate profile is a talented individual that will help our department carry out our mission to develop and execute our audit plan through strategic planning, decision making, communication and collaboration with our business partners and the External Auditors.
You will have the direct responsibility for the recruitment and retention of a high performing team through coaching, professional development, and performance feedback of the staff to develop skillsets that can lead to growth within the organization.
This role may require up to 10% travel as needed.

Required Qualifications
• 5 or more years of Public Accounting and/or Audit experience

Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years in Public Accounting or Audit/Business experience
Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or MBA

Education
Bachelor's Degree required
