Job Description
The Analyst will be responsible for executing and tracking IT Purchases and HW/SW Maintenance renewals across the Enterprise. This position interacts primarily with our vendors, IT Asset Management team, IT FP&A and IT Procurement for process/transactional activity.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years in Accounting/Finance operations

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of IT financial operations and systems
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, key stakeholders, and vendors
• Ability to collaborate with, and meet the needs of, multiple internal stakeholders while effectively interacting and communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities on a simultaneous basis
• Strong financial, analytical and process skills.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical and process improvement skills with exposure to process mapping, and metrics reporting preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, database, and financial systems
• Excellent technical skills; knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
• Experience working in and supporting an IT technology environment
• Experience within the Retail and/or Healthcare Industries
• Proven ability to develop analysis and reporting based on IT technology initiatives
• Experience interfacing with IT systems application teams and vendors.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting from and accredited four-year college or university (preferred)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
