Aetna International is looking for a creative thinker to join our Business Solutions team! We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a reputation for developing innovative approaches to marketing that can help expand our international business while building trust and loyalty with customers.

Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions for Aetna International, the Marketing Manager will join a team of marketers that help build base business, new business, and client retention through marketing strategies, concepts, programs, products. This is a key role to help drive profitable growth in the Aetna International, Americas region.

Required Qualifications
- Responsible for leading various marketing activities and marketing material development.

- Manage the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing campaigns including; printed collateral, email and digital communications, online content, social campaigns, customer events, and educational material.

- Work closely with international leaders on marketing and communications initiatives to create continuous alignment of our business strategies and help the Sales teams reach their revenue goals.

- Work closely with the sales, service and product teams to identify new approaches to promote our value proposition in the market.

- Plan and edit communications materials while strictly adhering to Aetna Brand Standards with limited direction or supervision. (e.g., marketing materials, power point presentations, ads, speeches, scripts, special events, and meetings).

- Solid time management, project management and organizational skills necessary to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills - Must be able to clearly understand and communicate the goals of the International organization in order to drive our business goals.

- A creative specialist – Thinks creatively & strategically to shape appropriate content & select delivery channels.

COVID Requirements
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

  • If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment. For the two COVID-19 shot regimen, you will be required to provide proof of your second COVID-19 shot within the first 60 days of your employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.
  • If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.


Preferred Qualifications
- Deep marketing background, with proven results leading marketing campaigns.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Ideally experience in using marketing channels to educate, build trust and loyalty with customers.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Writing experience is a plus (Social media, content creation).

Education
Bachelor's degree in closely related field.
