As a Patient Pay Coordinator you will impact the financial outcomes on patient accounts by supporting the national Patient Financial Service Centers. Develop payment plans for self-pay patients and communicate account write-offs as necessary. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.

-1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment where you're dealing with Healthcare Insurance, Medical Billing or Medical Collections
-Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
-Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
