CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is looking for a dynamic Training Manager to join our team!!! The Revenue Cycle Training Manager is accountable for strategizing and executing all training and development programs across the department utilizing cutting edge tools and systems in order to drive an optimal learning environment and best-in-class colleague experience.
This role will have a dedicated focus on supporting the Epic software implementation for Coram and will work very closely with the Epic Project team to drive the training initiatives.
The Revenue Cycle Training Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of a training program that will provide leaders and staff with the learning necessary to achieve departmental goals. You will lead an organization of trainers and curriculum design professionals who support all Coram Revenue Cycle Operations and will be responsible for designing and establishing the learning strategies. You will assign resources to projects and ongoing training efforts based on business priorities. You will also be responsible for proactively tailoring the learning objectives and deliverables, based on analysis of key performance indicators in order to directly impact business performance.
3 years experience in leading a training team in a corporate, operations or healthcare environment
1 year experience with training evaluation methods and tools
1 year Epic system experience
Experience leading virtual teams
Experience with Learning Management and Content Management Systems
Experience with training instructional design
Knowledge of adult learning theories and modalities
Experience in MS excel, MS word
