Responsible for coordinating the Retiree Wellness program eligibility for a large PLS client.
Intake inquiries from member of the Division of Pension and Benefits regarding member's eligibility, claim issues, wellness program.
Communicate back with appropriate team member for resolution regarding member concerns
Update and maintain retiree wellness database of over 5k records
Coordinate with Active Health Management to access member's health risk assessment completion
Process requests for reports (i.e. claims experience)
Process Location Joins and Location Termination Report
Attend Open Enrollment/New Group meetings
Assist members in the enrollment process
Attend Wellness events and conventions to promote the wellness program and other Aeta products
Support the account management team with all service and strategy related activities

2-5 years of health insurance industry experience
Insurance license, as required by state law (90 days from start date to obtain)
Proficient using word, excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel (limited within the Northeast area)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
