Job Description
Sales and executive sponsorship for new business sales for Aetna International products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives. This (IC) individual contributor sales position is focused on growing Aetna International's large group customers by leveraging relationships with producer partners, as well as direct marketing campaigns.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75500
Maximum: 151000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Cultivates strong, productive and influential relationships with brokers/consultants, customers, and peers focusing on the larger or more complex accounts/prospects.

Implements strategies necessary to attain sales objectives in assigned areas.

Manages complex negotiations.

Positions products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue.

Manages the integration of client's and Aetna's internal organizations to meet client's installation needs and close
the deal.

Provides expertise in difficult renewals.

Collaborates with account management and underwriting for renewals on, in partnership with the assigned Account Management team.

Identifies various ways to partner with the client by drawing from entire spectrum of product line.

Gains understanding of client's multifaceted needs and recommends appropriate benefits of Aetna's full product array.

Willingness and ability to pursue direct relationships with target prospects is required.

Provides effective presentations to Aetna constituents.

Ability to lead team presentations, from coordinating with marketing to creating the unique value proposition message - to orchestrating and leading a team sales presentation.

Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of industry (sales) experience.

Education
Applicable state license to sell products.
Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience.
