Job Description
As a key member of the Transformation Strategy team, the Senior Advisor will play a critical role in defining the future state of care delivery and consumer experience model for our company. Responsibilities will include serving as the central point of coordination for multiple cross-functional teams to develop the physical and digital manifestations of our Transformation strategy, facilitating senior executive communications to secure alignment, and ensuring milestones are properly defined and achieved for a variety of work streams. S/he will support the creation of executive communications, including Board of Directors, CEO, client meetings, etc. and ad hoc EVP projects. This work will require an agile, proactive colleague with executive presence, presentation creation and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. The Sr. Advisor will report to the Transformation Strategy Sr. Director, with exposure to and engagement with executives from the VP to the C-Suite levels.

Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of enterprise strategic plans, initiatives, and projects
• Create executive level deliverables and present at meetings, up to and including senior executive leadership (VP/SVP/EVP)
• Contribute to the development of a multi-year strategic plan for Transformation that sets Transformation priorities
• Support the process of cascading strategic plan and annual goals across Transformation
• Support initial new value strategic opportunity assessments through workstream ownership
• Lead workstreams as part of cross-functional strategic projects and present to VP level

Ideally this role will be based out of the Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI or Hartford, CT office.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of work experience, with strong preference for experience in management consulting, program / project management and implementation within healthcare
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas
• Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
• Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience
• Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
• Analytical mindset, flexible, passionate and curious

Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's/Advanced Degree
