Description

As a Senior Enrollment Consultant, you will support our growing and complex EGWP/SPAP operations implementation/projects from initiation through post implementation. You will drive timely identification, root cause analysis and resolution of issues. You will independently solve problems and drive creative solutions for our business. You should have a vast understanding and working knowledge of Medicare Guidelines and the enrollment process that directly impacts member enrollment.

You will accomplish this by:

Lead business implementations/projects (including but not limited to) – 70%

  • Translating requirements into compliant operational processes (i.e. EDI file mapping, special reports, project requirements, etc.)
  • Facilitating internal and external meetings, processing reviews and training, presenting valuable, complex content that is easily understood by others Initiating proactive solutions of potential risks, driving quick remediation to prevent issues
  • Supporting business testing and deployment validation
  • Managing and tracking project outcomes using Microsoft Project, SFDC and/or SharePoint tools
  • Creating and/or updating client documentation, training curriculum and/or P&Ps
Enrollment monitoring / status reporting – 30%
  • Implementing dashboards to track enrollment outcomes across multiple systems and processes
  • Analyzing reports and data to identify trends and prepare recommendations to address potential risks
  • Performing routine enrollment file processing, member research and SFDC cases
Low travel (up to 10%) may be required depending on location/project

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional business experience
  • 3+ years of related high level analytical experience
  • 2+ years of Business to Business client relations experience
  • 2+ year of Implementations with various sized clients and projects
  • 2+ years Intermediate level experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • SalesForce (SFDC)
  • SharePoint
  • 1+ years' experience in Healthcare, PBM, and/or insurance
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to be self-directed to independently identify and define business problems and issues, and recommend solutions


Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
