Job Description
The Sr. Integrated Service Specialist will play a role in supporting health plan membership and revenue growth by enrolling potential members interested in joining Aetna Better Health of NY's Managed Long Term Care Program. The Sr. Integrated Service Specialist will be responsible for:
- Reviewing potential member's Medicaid to determine eligibility to be enrolled
- Collaborating with internal and external teams for assessment scheduling
- Reviewing and educating potential member's on enrollment processes, timeframe and expectations
- Collect, Review, Prepare and Submit enrollment paperwork for potential enrollment
- Data entry of referral information into our internal systems
- Perform all other appropriate tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications
- Be in your current role for at least one year
- Be meeting or exceeding key performance indicators,
including metrics and competencies/behaviors.
- Have not been on a formal Performance Improvement
Action Plan in the past year from date of this posting.
- Have a proven track-record of consistent, reliable
attendance.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

For the two COVID-19 shot regimen, you will be required to provide proof of your second COVID-19 shot within the first 60 days of your employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.
  • If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.


Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5+ years previous experience with Call Center environment.
- 1-2 years Medicaid/MLTC Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel (ability to read and communicate findings)
- Analytical thinking skills
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred

Education
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
