Job Description
The Senior Manager Business Support and Retail Reporting will lead a multi-disciplinary team of individuals from different backgrounds and will oversee the development, implementation and evolution of strategic initiatives and programs across several related, but varied subject matter areas including; the evolution of store and field reporting, scorecarding, business diagnostics tools, retail supplies, and sustainability efforts Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee deparment budgeting inclusive of initial submissions, support of business case development, and management of approved funds throughout the year. The Senior Manager will need to identify and set priorities across his/her various areas of focus and strategically allocate resources to hit key milestones and project deliverables The primary responsibilities of a Senior Manager on this team are to use knowledge of front store to contribute to the evolution of existing programs and design of new programs that improve operational processes.

This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross functionally and influence our store teams, field leadership and internal business partners. This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Pharmacy Growth, Internal Store Operations, IT, Third Party Vendors, Procurement, and Workforce Management. The Senior Manager will take a leadership role within these cross functional teams to drive initiatives and actions to realize established goals, outcomes, and timelines

This position will afford the right candidate an opportunity to grow their skills in the areas of: strategic planning, data analysis, project management, solution development, and presentation and interpersonal communication skills in a cross functional environment. The ideal candidate possesses a unique mix of leadership and communication skills that will propel them to excel in deploying innovative solutions that will be shared, adopted and deployed across the chain.

Responsibilities
- Develop talent within immediate team of direct reports; provide coaching and feedback, evaluate colleague competencies, and the ability to lead others through complex business challenges.
-Manage and evolve communications, reporting, and diagnostic platforms to achieve pre-defined outcomes, targets, financial expectations, and future business needs
-Effectively balance long term program development with the demands of day to day current state business needs.
-Presenting and articulating conclusions and recommendations to internal, field, and senior leadership teams.
- Preparing material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise.

Required Qualifications
*3+ years of experience in Healthcare, Operations, or related field
*1+ years of Prior Retail or Field Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications
*2+ years of experience in Healthcare and/or Operations
*1+ years of Prior Retail or Field Management Experience

Education
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
