Yellowstone National Park is a 3,500 square mile wilderness area atop a volcanic hotspot mostly in the state of Wyoming. We would like to use your sense of adventure at one of our General Stores in exchange, you will be able to explore hiking trails, water falls, animals, and thermal features…all that Yellowstone has to offer – what's stopping you?
As a Residence Coordinator at Old Faithful General Store and Canyon General Store, you will provide residents in company housing with a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. To accomplish this, the dorm lead will work a schedule of 12:00pm to 5:00pm performing cleaning duties (bathrooms, showers, trash and vacuuming hallways, etc.) and 10:00pm to 1:00am (monitoring noise levels in the dorm) with two consecutive days off. You are required to be a resident of the dorm and RV candidates will not be considered.
Your performance will be evaluated against these critical areas including develop and maintain a sense of community among residents by establishing positive relationships; maintain the dorm activity/announcement board; clean all resident guest rooms prior to arrival; clean employee common bathrooms daily and clean and maintain common areas of the dormitory daily.
We are seeking candidates with a passion for the outdoors and guest service that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are team oriented.
Candidates must be willing and able to successfully pass Delaware North at Yellowstone trainings specific to this position. Applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment background check.
Associates will be required to work evenings and weekends, as well as split shifts.
We do have dorm style housing and RV sites available (single RV'ers welcome), associate discount, and recreational program.
