Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the DELLEMC Partner Program SME in support of PAMs, CEMS, focus Partners and Distributors
- Ensure local channel teams are aware of Dell EMC Partner Program it’s requirements and available benefits.
- Drive adoption of Channel Programs within assigned partner accounts
- Educate partners on available tools and resources available within the program
- Support Partner Account Managers in the following areas
- Articulating to Partners and Distributors the Vision, Strategy and Value of the program
- Agreeing Partner Program Target Tier for following year
- Deep dive support for PAM/Partner Solution Provider + Distribution Program T&Cs
- Development & management of a Partner Program training plan inclusive of timelines aligned to target tier
- Status Updates/reviews on Performance to Audit Requirements
- Rebate Performance Communication to Partner
- Provide analytic support on Partner revenue
- Contribute to the completion of a QBR Package for assigned partners. Engage with the Field to highlight critical elements of the story from a programmatic perspective
- Support Channel Engagement Managers in the following areas
- Communication on Partner targets & Rebate scheme
- Partner Rebate Queries
- Partner Audit (Revenue & Training ) Queries
Qualifications Required:
- Language: As Required
- Honors/ Bachelor Business Related Degree or Equivalent Experience
Role Requirements / Recommendations:
- Travel to partner locations as needed to support NAM and CEM
- Flexible schedule to support EOQ requirements
- Use and understand Dell EMC systems & tools
