Client Accelerators Data & Insights Specialist
Client Accelerators (CA) is seeking a highly effective Data & Insights (D&I) Specialist with a passion for analyzing and transforming data into meaningful business insights. The CA D&I Specialist will join a talented, experienced and functionally diverse team that delivers unique experiences designed to maximize moments with our clients. This person will work with the CA D&I Lead to increase the impact that CA can enable for our clients and our professionals. The CA Technology D&I Specialist will serve as the expert for all CA related data sources and reporting solutions and be responsible for identifying, designing, developing and supporting reporting and visualization solutions across the CA landscape.
Work you'll do:
•\tServe as the expert for all CA related data sources and reporting solutions
•\tConduct business requirements gathering sessions, conduct fit-gap analysis, lead functional design workshops, and conduct user testing for CA D&I and technical projects
•\tUnderstand, define, implement logical and physical data models
•\tExtract data from existing solutions and analyze to understand/answer a wide variety of related business questions that come from the CA channels, Technology Leader, and CA leadership
•\tDesign and develop standard and channel specific reporting and visualization solutions to be utilized across the CA channels
•\tDevelop ad-hoc reports to support CA channel and Account team needs as needed
•\tDesign and develop operational metrics reporting utilizing Adobe Omniture analytics to analyze and ensure proper solution adoption and usage of CA solutions
•\tMaintain data quality by designing and developing data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching
•\tPartner with technical and infrastructure teams in delivery of D&I solutions to maximize investment across the CA technology portfolio
•\tPartner with CMG Tech COE data scientists to leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
•\tProvide end-user functional and technical support for all D&I solutions
•\tBuild strong relationships with CA channels, the Deloitte businesses, CMG Tech COE and ITS
•\tResearch and bring forward new and emerging analytical tools (BI/AI/NLP/etc.)
•\tMinimum of 4 years direct experience delivering data and technology enabled projects
•\tIdeal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and proactively, and operating effectively in ambiguity
•\tStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of data into simple language and action plans
•\tStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•\tAbility to utilize existing knowledge and skills and apply to new solutions/technologies quickly
•\tProficient in one or more of major BI Reporting tools and visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, etc.) including building comprehensive dashboards and reports
•\tPrior experience designing and implementing reporting data sources and complex reports
•\tAbility to architect, design and develop an enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solution
•\tProficient with ETL tools and be able to architect an ETL solution to support data reporting needs
•\tPrior experience working with web analytics tools such as Adobe Omniture (preferred) or Google Analytics
•\tKnowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technology
•\tStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
•\tExperience delivery projects using Agile software development methodologies and techniques
•\tBachelors' degree in technology related field
•\tAbility to travel up to 25% of the time (Monday – Thursday/Friday)
•\tAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree
•\tPMP certification and/or Agile certification
•\tPrior client services experience (in any function)
•\tPrior experience developing Salesforce.com Report and Dashboards
•\tPrior experience developing Salesforce.com Einstein data visualizations
•\tPrior experience developing Informatica ETL interfaces
•\tPrior experience in SQL
