We're looking for a\nseasoned writer who has the analytical and problem-solving skills to work\nthrough complicated UI experiences on both mobile and web.
As a content strategist, you'll be\nexpected to create coherent, consistent messaging while passionately advocating\nfor the needs of the user. Working closely with design and product marketing\nteams, you will influence product positioning and communication strategy.
We take a consultative approach to help\nour amazing clients transform how they engage customers with digital products\nand experiences. Our clients serve B2B and B2C audiences across multiple\nindustries.
Our Applied Design and Digital\nExperience team focuses on helping clients discover, design, and prototype\ncustomer growth strategies and innovation portfolios to create and drive change\nin a digital world. We bring knowledge and offerings to uncover the behaviors,\nmotivations and preferences of our clients' customers and develop new\nexperiences for them. Our team of professionals has deep capabilities in\nstrategy, customer experience, digital strategy and innovation.
• \nWork\ncross-functionally with teams to define and execute every aspect of research initiative\nfor both new and existing product experiences.
• \nDeliver\nactionable insights to inform experience strategy by conducting both generative\nand evaluative research.
• \nEvangelize\nUX research best practices across the team and our clients.
• \nManage\nthird-party research vendors, as necessary
· \nMinimum\nof three years' experience in copywriting and content strategy for digital\nplatforms and experiences
· \nStrong\nfamiliarity with user-centered design principles
· \nExperience\ncreating content and strategy for digital channels
· \nStrong\nfamiliarity with digital content management systems and best practices
· \nAble\nto think strategically, but also willing to roll up your sleeves to get work\ndone
· \nPrefer\nBNMFA and/or equivalent experience
