Deloitte Digital Identity Senior Solution Delivery Lead
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer, who will lead the way for our transformation of our Digital Identity platform. The ideal RPA developer will bring innovative practices and a collaborative attitude to help drive our RPA initiatives on major cloud platforms, and in Identity space. The developer must have strong communication skills to work with our identity and cloud managed services teams to orchestrate solutions that can scale and drive operational efficiency. In this position, you will develop, deploy and maintain the BOTs.
Work you'll do
Determine the RPA best practices and suggest how to improve the current quality standards
Design develop and test automation workflows using UiPath (or similar).
Provide guidance with process design
Deployment of RPA components using UiPath (or similar)
Support the implementation of RPA solutions
Create process documentations.
Assure the quality of the automation.
Implement production grade automation and optimization of infrastructure and common services to reduce the cost of deployments and change, while improving scalability and resilience to failure.
Scoping, design, and automate new services, capabilities, and proof of concepts
Be an evangelist for change by clearly communicating the vision and the path from current to future state, measuring progress and outcomes along the way.
Foster a culture of trust and accountability.
Handle BOT deployments in all environments
Provide technical guidance to implementation teams on development and operations
Brainstorm new ideas and ways to improve BOT delivery
Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages
Build, maintain, and monitor BOT configuration standards
Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects
Document and design various processes; update existing processes
Help define, document, evolve, and evangelize high standards and best practices across multiple areas
Keep up to date on modern technologies and trends and advocate for their inclusion within products when it makes sense
Adhere to practices and procedures as established by the company

QualificationsBA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or relevant fields
Technical knowledge on leading UiPath automation tool.
Having experience in other RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion will be added advantage
Working in integrating Ui Path with APIs is added advantage
Prior software development background is preferred, e.g C#, C++, Java, .NET
Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is added advantage
Understanding of workflow-based logics.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Travel up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
