Work you'll do:
This role will work alongside leaders and colleagues in the Inclusion and Leadership Development team, People Advisors, and business unit leaders to manage Deloitte Global's internal leadership development programs. • You'll use your exceptional organization and project management skills to support the design and management of the Deloitte Global Leadership Development Experience programs for senior managers and associate directors. • You will serve as the primary point of contact for administering 360 feedback surveys and psychometric assessments for Deloitte Global professionals. • With oversight, your strength in project management will enable you to successfully ensure the leadership development programs are delivered meticulously. • You will own communications for all programs in the space including drafting PowerPoint briefings, stakeholder emails, and program websites. • You will work with internal clients around the world to advise talent professionals and business leaders on Deloitte Global's leadership development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including experience managing complex programs • Strong project management experience • Affinity towards working in a continually evolving and often ambiguous environment requiring ingenuity, innovation, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial attitude • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Consultative approach towards clients and exhibiting a cross-cultural sensitivity • Proven ability to excel in a high volume, fast-paced, complex environment • Highly self-motivated and able to drive results while working in a virtual team environment • Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to identify, recommend, and collaborate with team members on process improvements and best practices • Ability to work autonomously, with critical understanding of when to escalate matters for leadership approval • High degree of confidentiality, exercising care in addressing issues • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related discipline • Experience in human capital consulting • Experience working in a multi-national, global team environment • Proficiency with SharePoint • Experience creating compelling data visualizations
