Work you'll do

\n\n\n\n

As a Manager within\nour practice you will:

\n\n
    \n
  • Organize and deliver services on a\n cross-section of complex projects
  • \n
  • Responsible for the development of\n business and vendor relationships
  • \n
  • Manage pursuit teams focused on new\n opportunities and manage /deliver aspects of the proposal development\n process
  • \n
  • Responsible for project(s) financials\n including development of financial plans
  • \n
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with\n clients and Deloitte team
  • \n
  • Establish relationships in strategic\n client positions; lead, and facilitate these relationships
  • \n
  • Display both breadth and depth of\n knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
  • \n
  • Provide counselling/coaching,\n leadership and support for delivery teams and staff
  • \n
  • Actively participate in staff\n recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the\n staffing process
  • \n

Qualifications

\n\n\n\n

Required:

\n\n
    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting,\n Business, Finance or other Business-related field
  • \n
  • 4+ years of Forensic, Investigative,\n and/or Discovery industry related experience
  • \n
  • 2+ years in a technical or functional\n lead role
  • \n
  • Experience mentoring and coaching\n others
  • \n
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating\n strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • \n
  • Experience managing mid-level client\n relationships
  • \n
  • Experience presenting to clients or\n other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences\n (technical and non-technical)
  • \n
  • Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
  • \n
  • Proven track record of consistently\n attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly\n sales objectives for new business
  • \n
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain\n required clearance for this role
  • \n
  • Must be legally authorized to work in\n the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any\n time in the future
  • \n
  • Experience in 1 or more of the\n following technologies:
  • \n
      \n
    • Contract Lifecycle Management and\n Extraction: Kira Systems, Seal Software, Eigen, Exari, Icertis, Apttus,\n Oracle, SAP Ariba,
    • \n
    \n
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS\n PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio
  • \n
  • Must\n be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for\n employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • \n
