Human Capital as A Service (HCAS) Sales Executive

Do you have human capital sales and consulting experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, an ability to communicate with senior leadership, and demonstrated selling ability? If so, Deloitte Services LP is looking for a top-performing Human Capital Sales Executive to pursue clients and manage client relationships within its Human Capital as a Service line.



The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte's businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as the sales lead throughout the sales process.



What you'll do:

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling strategic solutions as part of Deloitte's HCAS practice. The role involves:

  • Work closely with Principals, Partners, and Managing Directors across Human Capital, Tax, Audit, and Advisory, Industry and Account teams to identify new opportunities and relationships for application management services, and our human capital products such as people analytics, strategic communication services and research and sensing as a service.

  • Client facing lead on these strategic sales pursuits from opportunity identification and qualification through close

  • Maintain the HCAS sales pipeline and report it to the service line leaders

  • Maintain client relationships from strategic projects through execution of HCAS programs

  • Be the central point of contact on cross package technology pursuits

  • Develop targeted plans with Human Capital leaders to infiltrate and influence decision-makers at the highest levels within accounts

  • Teamwork, foster relationships, and develop consensus

Required Qualifications:

\n\n
    \n
  • Deep domain knowledge of HR
  • \n
  • HR Consulting and services background
  • \n
  • Successful track record of sales, selling services\n within assigned territories
  • \n
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of\n consulting and/or selling HC related services
  • \n
  • Experience selling high end,\n project-based, professional consulting services, characterized by long\n sales cycles and both large and small dollar transactions
  • \n
  • Significant business relationships with\n senior client executives
  • \n
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • \n
  • Strong presentation skills
  • \n
  • Solid communication skills
  • \n
  • Good knowledge of actuarial competition\n and solutions in the marketplace
  • \n
  • An ability to gain access and influence\n decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
  • \n
  • Experience crafting and executing\n strategic and tactical plans to close large revenue projects
  • \n
  • Experience selling intangibles
  • \n
  • Travel up to 70%
  • \n
  • Undergraduate degree
  • \n
