Industrial Products & Construction Finance and Enterprise Performance Manager

Our Finance & Enterprise Performance offering works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Work You'll Do

A Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for Consumer & Industrial Products including manufacturing, retail, distribution and wholesale clients. Key responsibilities will include:
•\tManage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
•\tFormulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
•\tManage full life cycle implementations.
•\tDevelop statements of work and/or client proposals.
•\tIdentify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
•\tExperience with program leadership, governance and change enablement.
•\tDevelop and manage vendor relationships.
•\tLead workshops for client education.
•\tManage resources and budget on client projects.
•\tAssist and drive the team by providing oversight.



Required Qualifications

•\tBachelor's degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
•\tExpertise in Finance Service Delivery, Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy, or EPM
•\t5+ years of professional experience in a consulting setting
•\tA minimum of 6+ years experience working in or consulting to Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Products and/or Construction clients.
•\tExperience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
•\tExperience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources
•\tProfessional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
•\tSuperior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•\tExceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills

•\tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States

without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at anytime in the future

Willingness and ability to travel 80% - 100% of the time (Monday – Thursday/Friday)

•\tMust live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte's consulting offices



Preferred Skills:

•\tExperience in Digital Finance: CFO Analytics, Finance Cloud, SAP S4 Hana, Blockchain, and/or Robotics Process Automation
•\tAdvanced degree in business (e.g., MBA) from a top tier program
