Marketing Channel Specialist-Deloitte's Green Dot Agency

Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a specialist to join our in-house marketing agency to drive campaign execution across key external marketing channels.
Work you'll do:
Develop expertise for a key marketing channel(s); help protect and manage the digital customer experience of that channel(s)
Maintain the health and quality of flagship digital marketing channels
Help research and refine channel, governance and audience engagement strategies
Manage an editorial calendar for Global content that will create a distinctive engagement with clients, talent, and other key audiences
Advise Global business stakeholders on best practices to maximize value and effectiveness of the Deloitte Global's external website and social media channels
Help foster innovation across the Deloitte network to drive the reach, impact and connectivity through Deloitte.com and social channels through knowledge sharing and communities of practice
Collaborate with strategists and creative colleagues to inform data-driven channel strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness
Manage key relationships with Global Brand & Communications and Member firm/regional digital marketing and communications stakeholders
Document best practices and optimize channel usage
Document and share A/B testing results
The team
Deloitte's channel specialists are a part of the Green Dot Agency within Marketing & Communications. We provide value to the U.S. Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.

The ideal\ncandidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in\nMarketing, Communications or related field
3+ years relevant\nexperience in channel lifecycle management, digital marketing, marketing\nautomation or similar area
An understanding of the content\nlifecycle and curation best practices
Familiarity with content management or\npublishing tools – knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua), basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably\nSalesforce), experience with social media publishing tools (preferably Sprinklr)\nand/or experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
Solid\norganizational, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work and\nachieve results — with minimal supervision — in an intense, fast-paced, virtual\nteam environment
Proficiency in Excel,\nPowerPoint and Word
Agency experience\n(Advertising, PR, Marketing or Event) a plus
Flexibility, adaptability,\nand willingness to travel on a limited basis required
