Senior or Lead Multimedia Designer – Central or West region

(Career Level 4)

Job Description

Looking for:

A problem solver. A creative thinker. A brilliant force. This experienced and creative design professional will develop strategy-driven visual content for sales proposals, presentations, and related business development documents for the Risk and Financial Advisory function's most important clients. The multimedia designer is responsible for managing his/her projects independently, as well as working effectively with a team and communicating with others. Requires the candidate to employ a wide array of print layout, video tool sets and principles to create dynamic content on various platforms under challenging deadlines. This professional will report to the Risk and Financial Advisory graphic design leader and must be able to:


  • Apply expertise in creating motion graphics and producing video projects including recording, compositing, and editing
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop in-depth and dynamic content and videos, create timelines, and manage deadlines
  • Support all areas of multimedia production from building the story to creating storyboards that communicate a vision
  • Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-project environment



Responsibilities


  • Interact with client service professionals to produce conceptual designs supporting the messaging strategy; understand information and concepts and transform them into understandable, yet creative solutions
  • Collaborate with writers to develop meaningful stories, execute video production, and manage client expectations
  • Shoot, develop, and edit videos to create engaging digital experiences using captured videos and/or motion graphics
  • Set up and manage video equipment from cameras to lighting
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe
  • Comply with corporate identity standards
  • Art direct others, including writers, offshore designers and other internal creative service professionals, and external design resources as required

Qualifications

\n\n
  • 3-5 years of applied design experience

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After\nEffects, Audition, Sketch, Adobe XD)

  • Experience with 3D animation and modeling a plus

  • Proven track record with complex teams and/or\norganizations, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of\nmanagement and virtual teams

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Strong work ethic with exceptional project\nmanagement skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing\ncreative content within tight deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts/graphic design,\nmedia production, or related field

  • This position requires some travel (20-30%\ntravel) to support opportunities, working on-site with the engagement teams.
