OFSAA, Manager – Analytics Enablement

Work you'll do

A Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver components of client engagements that design and implement technology based business solutions for large multi-national organizations. Key responsibilities will include:
•\tManage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
•\tFormulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
•\tManage full life cycle implementations.
•\tDevelop statements of work and/or client proposals.
•\tIdentify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
•\tExperience with program leadership, governance and change enablement.
•\tDevelop and manage vendor relationships.
•\tLead workshops for client education.
•\tManage resources and budget on client projects.
•\tAssist and drive the team by providing oversight.

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
•\tImplement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
•\tLeverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
•\tDrive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

Qualifications
Required:

•\t6+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience to include: Analytics + Information Management experience (Business Intelligence Reporting, Data Warehouse/ETL), Data analysis experience with BI tools, Performance tuning of queries and report calculations
•\tAt least 3 years hands-on working experience with the OFSAA suite
•\t4+ year experience leading workstreams or teams.
•\tExperience with traditional Data Warehousing implementations and OBIEE, OBIA is a plus however must have experience with above referenced technologies and strategies for implementation and design.
•\tProvide support on data quality components during the implementation of the solution architecture.
•\tProvide technical recommendations for optimized data access and retention for the data warehouse.
•\tProvide oversight support to the design, development and QA teams.
•\tDefine areas of improvement to optimize data flows.
•\tIdentify strategy for data acquisition and archival.
•\tBachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
•\tWillingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday — Thursday/Friday)

Qualified candidates are also required to have at least one full lifecycle project experience in one or more of the following areas:
•\tDevelopment of statements of work and/or client proposals.
•\tIdentify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
•\tExperience with program leadership, governance and change enablement.
•\tDevelop and manage vendor relationships.
•\tLead workshops for client education.
•\tManage resources and budget on client projects.
•\tAbility to scope out the effort and cost for an enterprise reporting solution.
•\tAbility to define how an enterprise information system will align with the organization's business and strategic objectives.
•\tAbility to manage multiple teams on a data warehousing engagement.

Preferred:
•\tEagerness to mentor junior staff.
•\tStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
•\tStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
•\tAn advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred
