Work you'll do

\n\n

As a Manager, you will\nlead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and\nimplement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. \nManager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by\nidentifying key client business issues, determining client needs by\nsupplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative\napproaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations\nfor the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will be\nexpected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively\nmanage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. \nManagers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for\nbusiness development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead small\nengagements or components of large, complex engagements. Additional\nresponsibilities will include:

Customer expectations for digital connectivity and ease of access are\ndriving business process redesign around the customer experience. Connectivity\nto the grid is key, and companies are adopting new strategies for asset\nmaintenance and more efficient methods of energy generation and\ndistribution. Operations Transformation\nTeam

\n\n

Our Operations\nTransformation team focuses on transforming our clients' core business\noperations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on\n“heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care,\nBanking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of\nwork we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment &\nCare Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.

\n\n\n\n

Our clients seek a fresh\nperspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by\na strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector\nknowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a\nmore strategic view of our clients' priorities, helping them to prepare for\ngrowth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

\n\n
    \n
  • A\n minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience,
  • \n
  • A\n Bachelor's Degree.
  • \n
  • Proven\n experience in leading small engagements or components of large, complex\n engagements.
  • \n
  • Ability\n to lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify,\n design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large\n companies.
  • \n
  • Prior\n experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business\n issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment\n techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating\n analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of\n the overall engagement.
  • \n
  • Ability\n to demonstrate experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and\n effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure\n exceptional performance.
  • \n
  • Experience\n in developing and presenting proposals for business development\n activities.
  • \n
  • The\n ability to travel up to 80%.
  • \n
\n\n\n\n



In addition, successful\nManagers will also have the following preferred skills

  • Strong\n oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS\n Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • \n
  • Strong\n problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise\n mature judgment.
  • \n
  • Eagerness\n to mentor junior staff.
  • \n
  • An\n advanced degree is preferred.
