Work you'll do

\n\n

· \n

Client Management:

Manage day to day\ninteractions with executive clients and sponsors

\n\n

· \n

Delivery:

Manage and deliver components of client\nengagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative\nbusiness solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among\nothers, managing teams in the identification of business requirements,\nfunctional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping),\nprototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

\n\n

· \n

Business Development:

Develop and maintain\ncontact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit\nteams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process;\ncontribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

\n\n

· \n

People Development

: Perform role of counselor\nand coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively\nparticipate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership\nand support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Power\n& Utilities Practice

\n\n

The Power & Utilities sector is undergoing significant\nregulatory changes while shifts in outage management are causing industry\nleaders to rethink their governance models. Customer expectations for digital\nconnectivity and ease of access are driving business process redesign around\nthe customer experience. Connectivity to the grid is key, and companies are\nadopting new strategies for asset maintenance and more efficient methods of\nenergy generation and distribution. Deloitte provides 88% of the Fortune\n500 P&U companies with Consulting services now, but moving forward, we have\nlaunched a growth strategy to at least double our revenue over the next 3-5 years. \nBy working with Deloitte's Offering Portfolios to update our mix of services to\nour clients (digital technologies, SAP HANA, Cloud, Grid and Operations\ntechnologies), we are committed to helping our clients work with newly\nempowered customers, hyper-connected digital ecosystems, and expansion in data.

Qualifications

\n\n



Required:

\n\n

\n\n

· \n10+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience

\n\n

· \n4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise\nin 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing\nCloud, Force.com, Apttus

\n\n

· \nExperience managing at least four large-scale full-life cycle\nimplementations of CRM solutions

\n\n

· \nExperience carrying a business development quota and leading\nbusiness development pursuits end-to-end.

\n\n

· \nAbility to travel to client sites 80-100% of the time.

\n\n

· \nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or\nother technology-related field or equivalent number of years of\nexperience.

\n\n

· \nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

\n\n

\n\n



Preferred:

\n\n

· \nStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP,\nother).

\n\n

· \nExpertise in an industry vertical (i.e. Financial Services, Life\nSciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, Media, etc.)

\n\n

· \nExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to\npresent and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
\n

\n\n
