Core Business Operations – Core\nIndustry Solutions – Epic Senior Analyst, Beacon

\n\nWorking on some unique projects in our sector, you'll\nhave the opportunity to transform the way health systems provide patient care\nthrough the implementation of an Epic Electronic Health Record. Your time will\nbe spent not only designing, building, and testing the Epic system, but also\nengaging with operations to prepare them to adopt the new technology.
• Provide\nEpic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for\ntheir assigned Epic module
\n• Work with application end users to design and build the Epic system in a\ntimely and professional manner
\n• Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for their assigned Epic\nmodule
\n• Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build\ndocuments and other system documentation
\n• Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
\n• Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs\nunit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
\n• Work with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training\ncurriculum and materials
\n• Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work\nplan and other job-related duties as assigned
\n• Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities,\nwork tasks, and issues
\n• Create and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and\nwritten status to Project Managers and project leadership, as required
\n• Coordinate with the offshore team for continuity of build and support
\nOur Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software\napplications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture\ndesign, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop\nservice-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable\ninformation sharing and management between business partners and disparate\nprocesses and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO\nservices transformation.
Systems\nEngineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core\nbusiness by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and\nenhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services,\nincluding application architecture design and optimization, application\nmodernization, business process management and solution integration, custom\napplication design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program\nefforts.
\n• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment,\nor healthcare IT setting
\n• Certification in Epic Beacon
Experience with one full Epic\nimplementation and go-live
\n• College degree or equivalent years of experience
\n• Must be willing to live within a commutable distance or willing to\nrelocate to the Louisville, Kentucky region
\n• Knowledge and experience working\nwith Microsoft Office tools
\n• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
\n• Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution
\n• Superior communication and customer service abilities
\n• Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative\nenvironment
\n• IT or Healthcare related degree preferred
\n\n• Ability\nto adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
