The Advertising, Marketing and\nCommerce team delivers and deploys strategy, design, and implementation of web\ncontent management, digital asset management, and other technology solutions in\nthe digital marketing and content space. As a member of the team, you\nwill bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver\neffective solutions to clients.

This position will be\nsupporting the Commerce team. As a Technical Consultant, you will interact with\nkey business and IT teams, lead all implementation activities and support the\nmembers of the development team. This person will be working with a global team\nand will be leveraging in-depth knowledge of data models, customizations and\nextensions of the Salesforce Marketing, Demandware or\nCloudCraze Architecture and will be responsible to formulate\ntechnical solutions to address complex business needs

We implement and operate the technology platforms\nthat enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric\nexperiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement\noperations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team\nbrings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many\nfrom our Digital Studios.

Qualifications

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

Required:

\n\n

\n\n

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without\nthe need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience

  • 2+ years Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware or Cloudcraze\narchitecture experience with experience in a lead role.

  • Hands on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware or CloudCraze\ndevelopment experience and system administration

  • Strong functional knowledge of OOTB Capabilities

  • Exposure to Salesforce administration, configuration &\nlicensing

  • Well versed with Salesforce security model and Communities

  • In depth understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware or\nCloudCraze architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data\nmodels, customizations & extensions

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without\nthe need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

\n\n

\n\n

  • Proven experience implementing large scale eCommerce solutions\nincluding enterprise architecture, ERP integration, robust services layer,\npayment providers, etc.

  • Evaluation and selection of appropriate software / hardware based\non technical need

  • Oversee assigned programs (i.e. conduct code reviews) and guide\nteam members

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to\ntailor messaging to audience

  • Knowledge of End to End Order Management lifecycle

  • Experience with RESTful Service Architecture

  • Strong knowledge of designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flows

  • Capable of recommending best practice solutions based on project\nand business needs and owning overall design of the technical application

  • Well versed with Salesforce security model and Communities

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Extensive experience to develop integrated execution plans\nincluding resources leveling, effort estimations, cross-team dependencies

  • Deep understanding of eCommerce solution and Salesforce's\nCommerce, Marketing and Sales clouds

  • Nice To Have: Hands on experience on Salesforce Data Loader
