Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Lead

\n\n

Work you'll do

\n\n

The\nAdvertising, Marketing and Commerce team delivers and deploys strategy, design,\nand implementation of web content management, digital asset management, and\nother technology solutions in the digital marketing and content space. As a Manager/Tech Lead you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product\nexpertise to deliver effective solutions to clients. As an Architect, your\nmain responsibility will be to architect, design and develop end-to-end\nsolutions. You will interact with key business and IT teams and lead all\nimplementation activities.

  • Lead engagement planning and\n budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable\n structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top\n management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work;\n manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

  • Lead day to day interactions\n with executive clients and sponsors
  • \n
  • System integration solutions,\n cloud based solutions, administration, application development, portal\n design, application and system level security, database design, and\n multi-tier architectures.

  • Large systems software\n installation, maintenance, tuning, capacity planning and performance\n measurement, hardware/software evaluation and selection, conversion and\n migration
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain contact\n with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams;\n participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process;\n contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

  • Develop practical solutions and\n methodologies; develop \"thoughtware\" and\n \"point-of-view\" documents
  • \n
  • Perform role of counselor and\n coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively\n participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide\n leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Our Government and Public Sector Advertising,\nMarketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth\nobjectives aligned with our clients' missions. We do this by creating content,\ncommunications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act.\nWe implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized\ncontent, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we\ntransform our clients marketing and engagement operations into\nmodern,data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep\nexperience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our\nDigital Studios.

\n\n

We serve our clients through the following\ntypes of work:

\n\n

· Cross-channel customer\nengagement strategy, design and development (web, mobile, social, physical)

\n\n

· Digital strategy, implementation\nand operations

\n\n

· Marketing Content and\ndigital asset management solutions

\n\n

· Marketing Technology and\nAdvertising Technology solutions

\n\n

· Marketing analytics\nimplementation and operations

\n\n

· Advertising campaign\nideation, development and execution

\n\n

· Acquisition and engagement\ncampaign ideation, development and execution

\n\n

· Agile based,\ndesign-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results

\n\n



Qualifications

\n\n

· 10+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience

\n\n

· Experience across a broad range of digital/commerce technologies\nand platforms across Web Solutions, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Portals,\nContent and Cloud

\n\n

· Experience in leading complex integrated solutions including\nintegration services, data modeling, cloud-based solutions

\n\n

· Led system integration solutions, cloud based solutions,\nadministration, application development, portal design, application and system\nlevel security, database design, and multi-tier architectures.

\n\n

· Experience leading large sized teams (on and offshore) and\ntechnology engagements, including client and consulting staff

\n\n

· Experience leading multiple large full lifecycle implementations

\n\n

· Experience with selling to C-level executives and other business\ndevelopment activities

\n\n

· Willingness to travel 50% of the time

\n\n



Preferred:

\n\n

· Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients\nand sponsors)

\n\n

· Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies;\ndeveloping \"thoughtware\" and \"point-of-view\" documents.

\n\n

· Commerce strategy and implementation experience: Cloudcraze or\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud

\n\n
