The Pricing and Forecasting (P&F) Lead will play a significant role\nin visioning the future of pricing and forecasting as it relates to the US Firm\nClient to Cash (CTC) processes combining both Business requirements and SWIFT\nsystem functionality. You will work in a highly visible environment leading the\npricing and forecasting work-stream, coordinating with Business Leaders as well\nas ITS and SWIFT system teams.\n\n\n
Work you'll do
Lead and collaborate with the Businesses, Pricing COEs, EFM, CP3, and\nMaster Data teams to drive visioning around Business pricing processes and\nintegrated forecasting, managing system scope and integration across CP3 and\nMercury.
Develop and drive strategic future enhancements of the IPW and IFW\ntools and processes.
Engage user community to understand user experience and changes\nneeded to increase value.
Serve as project manager to drive P&F system improvements with\nITS and where needed, provide business case, analysis and financial projection\nof cost to develop, manage approvals, direct and monitor progress to roll out.
Provide recommendations for SWIFT system improvements in P&F\nand WBS set up and think through how system improvements affect reporting teams\nand other teams that interact with the SWIFT system. Recommendations should maintain\npricing process stability, leverage appropriate tools, and confirm reports and\nmetrics remain accurate.
Manage the future vision and process of the integration of P&F\nto WBS set up.
Bring best practices on what teams are doing in P&F to\nencourage standardization where possible.
Foster open communication with the Businesses and the EFM team to\nintegrate new ideas.
Drive transformational P&F initiatives and bring value to\nDeloitte by researching solutions in the market and bring ideas and\nrecommendations that will enhance the P&F experience.
\n\nThe SWIFT Client to\nCash team (CTC team) helps to drive SWIFT System functionality to improve the\nEnd User experience as well as identify business process improvements that can\nbe made to achieve world-class financial management. The CTC team will be\nhighly integrated and collaborate regularly to bring value to the US\nFirms. Joining our team will give you in-depth\nexperience with SWIFT system functionality, exposure to Deloitte's inner\nworkings, and enable participation in driving the future vision of the Finance\norganization.
Ability to lead and\ndrive deliverables to a successful outcome.
Excellent communication\nskills; both oral and written – role requires the ability to communicate\nclearly and concisely to various levels of leadership in-person, over the\nphone, via video conference (VC), and over email.
Ability to develop\nexecutive level presentations, with details, logic, and content tailored to the\nappropriate audience
Have a proactive work\nethic (“self-starter”) that also embraces a collaborative (“team-player”)\napproach to project work.
Excellent proficiency\nin MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to travel as\nrequired.
Experience\nwith CPM, CP3, IPW, IFW
Bachelor's or Master's\ndegree in a Business-related field
