Work you'll do

\n

As a Senior Manager within the team, you will:

•Lead the full life cycle implementation of ServiceNow solutions from requirements, design, development, and deployment

•Organize and deliver service management consulting services on a cross-section of complex projects

•Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships

•Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process

•Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans

•Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team

•Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships

•Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues

•Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff

•Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

•Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business

•Lead business development initiatives to grow the ServiceNow GPS practice

•Manage resources and budget on client projects

•Client-based travel, up to 50%

Enterprise Technology

\n

Our Enterprise Technology (EnTech) team works with clients to transform their technology delivery by collaborating with CIOs, Technology Executives, and their teams. Together we work to establish IT operating models based on the implications of next generation and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization.

\n\n

Our team of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspects of today's business environment and focus on helping our clients shift from foundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service delivery teams.

Qualifications

\n

•Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management and IT Operations Management, additional module experience preferred

•Bachelor's degree in computer science or business-related field

•7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in IT Service Management, transformation or strategic initiatives

•3+ years in a technical or functional leadership role

•Experience mentoring and coaching others

•Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

•Experience managing senior-level client relationships

•Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

•Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience

•Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business

•Ability to obtain and maintain the required Clearance for this role


Preferred:

•Experience implementing ServiceNow custom application development

•Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree

•Prior professional services, Government consulting or higher education experience

•Deep functional knowledge around ITIL processes
