Workforce Analytics Team Lead
Work you'll do
•\tThe individual will lead a team supporting senior government executives in development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data to answer complex ad-hoc queries
•\tThe individual will translate data analysis findings and research principles into written documents.
•\tThey will manipulate and transform data through the use of databases, spreadsheets, and structured queries of relational databases
•\tThe individual will serve as domain knowledgeable resource in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information
•\tClient interaction will be regular and sustained, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication

• \tImagining and transforming the composition and capabilities of the workforce to match the needs of the future of work in this age of technology disruption
• \tDelivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services and processes to identify, build and incent to drive success of organizations and their workforces
• \tDelivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion
• \t Active TS/SCI security clearance with Poly is required
• \tMust be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
•\tStrong analytical skills and statistical analysis experience; experience with R desirable but not required
•\tAbility to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client processes and needs
•\tAbility to lead teams to complete a project
•\tStrong written and oral skills required
•\tStrong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)
•\tA passion to tell stories with data and find insights
