Eating Recovery Center is currently looking for an HRBP to join our team!

Actively works to strengthen and reinforce the companys mission and increase the companys employee value proposition. Spearheads, with the support of the HR Center of Excellence, various HR programs, trainings and initiatives. The HRBP will partner with leadership to best align staffing with business objectives ensuring a highly engaged and productive team. Additionally, the HRBP will ensure the company operates per federal and state standards to help reduce risk.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as liaison between employees, management, and corporate functions
  • As needed, leads investigations, preparation and development of employee relations issues and practices
  • Provide consultation to leadership on the legal requirements, documentation and initiation of discipline and discharge procedures
  • Assist in organizational training and development efforts
  • Support succession planning, particularly for leadership and critical roles
  • Support the identification of high potential employees and foster a career development program
  • Maintain confidentiality with all Human Resources matters at all times
  • Lead the development and revisions to policies and procedures based on changes in law and policies impacting HR practices
  • Create, or help support the creation of, ongoing education and training utilizing the most up-to-date knowledge of ER practices
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes. Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to increase employee satisfaction
  • Assist in administration of compensation program; help monitor performance appraisal process
  • Assist in benefits administration which may include open enrollment and general benefit questions
  • Participates in annual strategic planning
  • Coordinates HR activities such as training, onboarding, and investigations across multiple geographies
  • Partners with the Clinical Ops leaders to plan workforce strategies across multiple geographies and disciplines
  • Drives strategic change throughout the region
  • Performs other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • May oversee junior People team staff members (Generalists, Specialists)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • 5 - 7 years prior Human Resources experience
  • Or similar combination of education and experience

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
