If you are a Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Highlands Ranch, CO location, you will provide assigned customers and sales teams with assistance. Junior account managers will be responsible for managing all administrative support for corporate accounts including digital content and data, creating sales reports and conducting analysis, developing and implementing promotions, presenting/training accounts' sales personnel, attending tradeshows and engaging in phone and in person sales meetings. Corporate Accounts comprise fifty percent of ProTeam overall sales and are managed nationally by the Corporate Accounts Manager. This group of customers are large, complex accounts requiring significant administrative efforts and are decentralized presenting many opportunities for growth through increased contact, support and promotions.
AS THE ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Manage all parameters and content for corporate accounts assigned by sales team (10+)
- Build and maintain onboarding attributes, proofing for accuracy and competitive relevance
- Collaborate with eh Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement marketing content, presentations, and promotions across corporate accounts
- Informing corporate accounts of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Conduct customer sales trainings
- Manage and attend industry events on occasion to promote the ProTeam brand and generate leads
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Conduct sales calls; phone and in person
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a person that will establish and maintain effective customer relationships with key individuals in large corporate customers. You will conduct research and try new approaches. Regular communication with customers is an important aspect of the position; you will effectively communicate in various settings. Finally, the postion will be responsible for multiple projects and ongoing tasks and it will be important to focus and monitor both formal and informal progress regularly.
We offer a work life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm. We do offer the flexibility of a core hour work schedule with start time between 7:00am and 9:00am and end of day between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Four year college degree in business or related field
- Previous experience in account management, sales or content management
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with strong Excel skillset
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
