Part of the Employer Branding team, responsible for all internal & external activities to support Emerson Cluj's positioning, image and reputation as an employer, this role is critical for the success of all branding initiatives.
A multi-disciplinary role, with several projects going on at the same time, therefore a dynamic, people & results oriented person will very much enjoy it.
> Creates and maintains both internal & external communication content and channels such as social media accounts, intranet & communication campaigns, presentations etc.
> Manages and reports results, costs and provides input in budget planning.
> Coordinates events & fairs participation in terms of promotion, planning & organization, follow-up & reporting.
> Develops & maintains relationship, handles logistics and administrative aspects related to external partners such as suppliers, educational and social organisations.
> Ensures branding alignment & collaboration between internal organisations, across different projects and initiatives.
> Monitors the local market and proposes new opportunities & directions to support employer branding strategy.
> Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Advanced English is a must.
> Pro-active & results-oriented attitude with a good eye for detail
> Outgoing & enjoying interacting with people
> Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles, where interpersonal communication was critical
> Very good PowerPoint & Social Media knowledge
