Part-Time 20-25 per week. Perform Human Resources duties in the various functional areas for the company.

  • Coordinate and process new hires, terminations and job movement
  • Set up and maintain personnel files as defined by HR standards and Federal and State laws
  • Post and distribute announcements through the company intranet or other means of communication
  • Maintain company organizational charts, employee directory, and position descriptions
  • Track, report and communicate necessary information including performance management, headcount, physicals, employment requisitions, and HR budget
  • Assist with managing the Employee Recognition Program
  • Process payment of HR bills
  • Maintain positive employee relations by assisting employees with daily questions and directing them appropriately, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with planning and execution of employee events
  • High School or Associates Degree required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources administration role
