Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide client quality assurance for products and services and assist in assuring the achievement at the optimum quality standards
  • Provide the development of quality and inspection planning, monitoring of supplier and manufacturing processes and the development of inspection and testing systems for data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Establish, administer and communicate quality management system programs, procedures and policies for compliance with regulatory and client requirements
  • Manage, workload of Inspection, Metrology and Quality Assurance 
  • Proactive contribution to achieve operational excellence through the processes of inspection planning, in-process and final inspection surveillance, analysis of data, corrective action and continual improvement
  • Maintain appropriate liaison activities with clients and client representatives to assure compliance and client satisfaction
  • Ensure environmental, health and safety issues arising from area of responsibility and in the company are managed according to legal requirements, company policies and procedures, in accordance with related standards
  • Quality check of  incoming material, communication with internal and external customers about quality measurements
  • Maintain measurements, records of nonconformity of incoming material, in process and outgoing materials
  • Maintain and ensure all calibrated equipment records are up to date
  • Liaise with third party inspectors for witnessing of inspection and ensure inspection requirements from client are met
  • Develop, establish, measure and record of supplier rating for material supplied
  • Maintain all Quality records and documents as per company's Guideline
  • Maintain ISO –9001, ISO 17025, ASME UV-1  and Singlas certification. Lead QA audits ,internal and external 
  • Develop and maintain Risk Assessment records 
  • Ensure sub-contractors, or vendors' quality meet customer and Emerson's quality standards . Audits new Suppliers. Annual review of Suppliers performance
  • Ensure sub-contractors, or vendors' scope of supply comply to customer / Emerson's specifications
  • Handle all customers complaints and warranty issues

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge & and experience -  Quality aspects for manufacturing codes and specifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role 
  • Experience with ISO Q9001, Environment and safety will be added preference
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Project
  • Experience with API and/or ASTM standards
  • Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
